Baking Lessons at Jambon de Printemps

Here at Jambon de Printemps we offer Baking Lessons to our guests both by sign up or by request. Take one of our beginner classes and experience Artisanal bread creation or how to make your own buttery croissant for breakfast. Master Baker Keith will give you hands-on demonstrations & instruction so that you can take your experience home with you.

After a morning of baking you can relax and enjoy your fresh made baguette with a selection of local cheeses, sliced meats, fresh fruit and vegetables and even a well deserved glass of wine if desired.

Our classes vary from the one day baguette-making class to a four day beginner's bread or pastry class. Included in our four day classes is a visit for lunch at our local Water mill where the flour you will be using is ground on site.
