We organised a 6 day cycling break for Jenny & Jennifer incorporating a variety of rides both flat and hilly ranging between 20 and 45km. They visited the pretty towns of Nérac, Mas d'Agenais and Vianne, went kayaking, had a tour/tasting at Domaine Calbo and did plenty of relaxing by the pool. They very kindly said the following of their stay: Thanks girls - we are looking froward to having you back!

"[the trip] exceeded our very high expectations - the highlight of our trip to France"

Jenny & Jennifer booked the accommodation for their stay on AirBnB and very kindly left us this lovely review:

"We spent 6 nights at Clare and Jean-Pierre's place in the gorgeous village of Buzet. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpfully bilingual.

The house is beautiful, very bright and comfortable, with a large kitchen which is fully equipped for self catering. Our bedrooms were spacious with great wifi signal and best of all opened up onto a joint balcony overlooking the back garden. We had our own bathroom which was perfect, clean and equipped with the little extras.

We loved spending time in the garden in the chill out area as well as in the fabulous pool. Buzet is a fantastic location, perfect for our 6 days of cycling through the French countryside, along the canal and visiting other pretty villages nearby (we did it all by bike and didn't have a car).

Clare has bikes available to rent and can give advice on some great itineraries (see her website: Ask about the ride which incorporates a visit and tasting at a local winery with Thierry!

Buzet itself is small however has a great spar shop which we used for groceries for our 6 days, a bakery with the best croissants we had in France and 4 restaurants with our favourite one being on the corner, overlooking the canal.

Overall, we thought this was the perfect experience to get the locals insight while being great value for money. We'll be back again next year!"
Jenny Nutter & Jennifer Sinclair - 6 day cycling break July 2016

We stopped off here on our way from Toulouse to Bordeaux by bike and it was the perfect resting spot after a 90 mile day in the saddle. The house and hosts are lovely. They made us feel very welcome with beers and their hospitality! Would thoroughly recommend for a quieter holiday or for a stop off on the bike.

Very comfortable stay, good communication from Claire and Jean Pierre, great place for cyclists.

Clare and Jean-Pierre went well above and beyond the call of duty! Very, very helpful. A beautiful, quaint house in a charming French village. Great access to the canal path.

We were made to feel at home straight away. Lovely house and a great couple. When you are sharing a bottle of wine with your hosts late in the evening you know it's been good :-). We were able to borrow a couple of bikes and explore along the canal and local villages (recommended).
Jan & Neil

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay ( shame we couldn't have stayed longer ! ) John Pierre was a great host, the rooms were bright and comfortable. The swimming pool was very welcome, after our long ride and the heat ! We would to love to visit again , - please ? !
