If you’re ready to tackle your health challenges or want to lose weight but don’t know how, let’s talk. As an integrative health coach I can help you to achieve your goals in a way that suits you and your lifestyle!
So what is a Health Coach?
I trained with The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the largest and best known nutrition school in the world, who define a health coach as “a wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive health choices. Health coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments.”

Simply put, it means as a health coach I work with you to establish your health goals, what is holding you back from reaching them, and together we set out achievable action steps that work towards them, healthily and safely. I support you with nutrition knowledge, mentoring skills, helpful tips, motivation and accountability. I am not a personal trainer so devising specific exercise programmes is not my area, however I can certainly help you get more active. 

It's not just about the food and exercise either. Poor diet choices are often the result of underlying issues ... these could be relationship problems, lack of job satisfaction or money worries among others, but this not always obvious to a client. Working together, we will also identify if you have other influences that may be negatively contributing to your weight and health issues.

Tackling weight and health issues can be a daunting prospect but with a health coach you're never alone!
