Lovely Lausanne

by Grace McKee.

Our trip to Lausanne in Switzerland, partly business, partly holiday had been planned with great excitement. We decided to drive as there were no direct flights from an airport near where we live in France. Being no longer in the first flush of youth, it made sense to stop overnight halfway so we would drive only 4 or so hours each day.
